Why did Tribe Skincare change its name to Senne Skin?

After five incredible years as Tribe Skincare, we’ve evolved. As the brand has grown, so too has the vision and with that comes our next chapter as Senne Skin. This refresh allows us to reach more people with sensitive skin around the world and enter premium retail markets — all while staying true to our roots in gentle, effective skincare.

Is Senne Skin the same as Tribe Skincare?

New look, new name, but still the same sensitive skin philosophy.You’ll still find the same purpose behind the products: gentle, effective solutions for sensitive skin. But we’ve taken this opportunity to refine our formulas even further. Moste notably we've removed essential oils and fragrances to better support reactive skin types, as these are known irritants. Are the products still safe to use during pregnancy?

While we no longer call out pregnancy-safe on-pack, we haven’t added anything new that would make them unsafe.

Because every pregnancy & person is different, our company policy across our products is to always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns about using a certain product.

Why did you remove essential oils and fragrance? I liked the scent!

We get it, sometimes the scent is part of the experience! But even natural fragrances can cause irritation for sensitive skin, so we’ve removed both essential oils and added fragrances across the range.

It’s part of our commitment to being a truly sensitive skin brand, with formulas designed to reduce the risk of flare-ups, reactions, or discomfort. Your skin barrier will thank you.

We are exploring a range of hypoallergic fragranced products, for those sensitive skin people that still want the scent, so keep your eyes peeled!

Is Senne still an Australian brand?

Yes! We’re proudly Australian owned, and all our products are developed and manufactured in New Zealand.

Senne Skin is now part of the Vitality Brands family, a trusted Australian business that’s helped us bring our mission of wellbeing to our consumers for over twenty years.

What does “Senne” mean?

Senne represents a unique play on the word ‘Senne-sitive’ and immediately clarifies our brand's focus: crafting products specifically designed to cater to sensitive skin.

The addition of the 'e' echoes the word 'everyone', carrying the dual message that sensitive skin is our specialty, but everyone is welcome and catered to.

Senne, in its simplicity and minimalism, mirrors our approach towards our product ethos – minimalist, effective, and straightforward formulas designed to soothe and calm.

Shipping

Warehouse Closure - Please expect delayed delivery timeframes.

Our warehouse will be closed for a stocktake from midday Tuesday 24/06/25 until Monday 30/06/25, meaning that there will be a slight delay in getting your new skincare to you.

All orders placed during this period will not be processed until our warehouse resumes to normal operations on Tuesday 1/07/25. Thank you for your patience during this time!

Where are Senne Skin orders shipped from?

All Senne Skin orders are packed with care in Victoria, Australia and sent out via Australia Post. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order’s on the move, so you can stalk your skincare every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we ship to Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. More countries coming soon, keep an eye out, we’re working on it!

How much is standard shipping?

Within Australia and New Zealand, it’s a flat $6.95. If you've got a question about your order, hit us up, we’re always here to help.

Do you offer express shipping?

We sure do. If you’re in a rush, express shipping is $15 within Australia and New Zealand, with orders typically arriving in 1–3 business days.

I have just placed by order. How long until it gets dispatched?

We don’t believe in skincare delays. Orders placed before 1:30pm (AEST) Monday to Friday are sent out same day. Place your order after 1:30pm, on a weekend, or a public holiday? It’ll head out the door the next business day.

I have entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Quick - send us an email at hello@senneskin.com.au with your order number and the correct address during our office hours (9am-5pm).

If your parcel hasn’t left us yet, we’ll do our best to intercept it. If it’s already on the move… well, we’ll still try, but Australia Post moves fast and so do we.

I need to modify my order

Once your order’s in, it gets packed pretty quickly so we’re not able to make changes. That said, send the team an email at hello@senneskin.com.au with your order number and we’ll do our best to help before it heads out the door.

How do I re-direct my parcel after it has been shipped?

Once your order leaves Senne HQ, we can’t re-route it. Your best bet is to get in touch with Australia Post or New Zealand Post directly, they’ll be able to help from there. Thank you for your understanding

I have received a damaged parcel

Oh no, we’re so sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition. Please email us at hello@senneskin.com with your order details and a photo if you can. We’ll get a refund or replacement sorted for you as quickly as possible.

Order status says delivered, but I see no parcel?

Sorry to hear this! Pease make sure you've checked your mailbox for a delivery card, as your parcel may have been taken to your local post office. If not, always check with neighbours to ensure it has not mistakenly been taking to the wrong address. If none of these option suffice, please email us so we can assist you further

What happens if my package goes missing?

If your order’s been MIA for longer than expected, lodge a ‘missing package investigation’ with Australia Post and send us the case number. It can take 2–4 weeks for them to track it down, but once we have that number, we can step in and help from our end.

Where is my order confirmation?

It might be hiding in your Junk or Spam folder it's worth a quick look in there first. If it’s nowhere to be found, email us at hello@senneskin.com.au and we’ll resend it for you.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We’ve got you covered with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay, whatever’s easiest for you.

Do you offer e-gift cards?

Not yet, but keep an eye out — it might be coming soon!

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

Our system only accepts one discount code per order. If you have multiple codes, you can use them across separate orders to make the most of your savings.

Returns & REFUNDS

What is your Senne Skin's return policy?

We do not accept returns, so we suggest that you begin with the 'Discovery Kit' to see how the products work with your skin before purchasing the full-size skincare. If you have not been issued a tracking number, we can refund your order for change of mind. If you have any questions or need help, just reach out, we’re here to assist.

Can I exchange my unopened products?

Please note, we don’t accept exchanges at this time. We appreciate your understanding. If you’re unsure about a product, feel free to reach out to us before you order — we’re always happy to help.

My product is not working for me, can I organise a refund?

Most skincare takes a little time to work its magic — usually around 1-2 months of consistent use. That said, if it’s really not the right fit for you, get in touch with our team at hello@senneskin.com.au and we’ll chat through your options.

How do I cancel my order?

Once your order is processed or dispatched, it will be too late to cancel, please contact customer service at hello@senneskin.com.au

What if my order is damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us right away at hello@senneskin.com.au with your order number. We’ll sort it out for you as quickly as we can.

How will my refund be processed?

Refunds go back the same way you paid. It can take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, so hang tight.

Can I get a credit note for my order?

We don’t offer credit notes at the moment, but if you need help with anything else, just reach out, we’re here for you.
